"Kosher" in Hebrew means "fit," and kosher food is that which complies with Jewish religious laws. Jewish communities around the world ensure that they consume only kosher foods.
Certifying products as kosher can potentially increase sales on a global scale. The kosher logo is easily recognizable by consumers who consciously choose their dietary practices. Kosher certification further assures consumers that the product is manufactured according to all required standards and procedures, enhancing its quality. More and more manufacturers in Europe and the USA are opting for certification, recognizing its ability to enhance their competitiveness in the market.
In order, to obtain a "Kosher" certification, you will need to follow these steps:
- Send an inquiry to our email address.
- Fill out our questionnaire.
- Arrange a meeting for a visit to your production factory.
- Pay the fee specified by us. (Paying the fee)
- Please fill out the questionnaire in as much detail as possible, which you can download here.
- If any ingredients are kosher certified, please include the certificates.
- All documentation will be reviewed by a kosher supervisor.
- Arrange a date and time for the visit from the kosher supervisor (transportation costs are covered by the client).
- You will receive confirmation from us regarding the issuance of the certificate.
- We will prepare the certificate, which will be signed by the Chief Rabbi of Bulgaria.
- Upon payment confirmation, we will send you the finalized certificate.
